So many times I hear people say they don't NEED a realtor to sell their home or to find a home but when I ask them WHY they feel that way, the answers I receive are sometimes quite amazing. For example, I will hear that they once had a realtor that didn't show their property or they didn't like the realtor's personality or they feel Realtors' get paid BIG BUCKS for doing LITTLE WORK and much more that I can't mention.

Did you know Realtors are ranked just BELOW car salesmen? Unbelievable isn't it? I can assure you that ALL REALTOR'S ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL. Yes, there are those among my profession who are PART-TIME, who are concerned with themselves, who do not work with the buyers and only LIST the house. I tell you THAT'S WHY THEIR COMMISSION IS SO LOW! They are NOT a Full-Service Realtor.

Let me explain what I do for my clients.

FOR MY SELLERS

I do a complete Market Analysis for you at NO CHARGE. Help you decide the BEST List price for your home. I usually DO NOT negotiate my commission because I am a FULL SERVICE REALTOR BUT on occasion under certain circumstances it has happened. I am a great believer in taking a lot of photos and placing brochures on the sign. I not only put your home on the MLS but also on my website. I have connections with investors who purchase properties around the USA and I also market my listings according to their specific appeal. For example, let’s say you have a 4-acre parcel with stables, 3/2-block home in Odessa. I would futhur market this parcel in an exclusive outreach that caters to those who have horses, are moving to Are you looking for a particular style of home?  The possiblities are endless and new listings are  entering the market everyday.  Do you have moving plans for the near future? Give us a call as a Florida realtor Linda can do it all. Florida to ranch, farm, etc. and I ACTIVELY SHOW MY LISTINGS. I strongly believe in OPEN HOUSES (if my sellers agree to them) and much much more. If you have a $600,000.00 home on the beach then obviously I use my connections for other forms of marketing but I ACTIVELY SHOW THE HOME AND MARKET IT MYSELF. ALL CALLS ARE TAKEN BY ME. I DO THE WORK MYSELF ON A PERSONAL LEVEL WITH MY CLIENTS.



FOR MY BUYERS

When someone contacts me I find out if they are pre approved anywhere, which is very IMPORTANT NOWADAYS. If they are not, I get them linked up with a Are you an avid golfer?  Why not live it everyday! mortgage broker or banker while I begin to get their profile together and get started helping them find the area where they work, how far they want to drive, etc. And LISTEN to their needs. I then begin the search for the CORRECT home. Depending on what is available and how soon we find the "right" home, I put anywhere between 20-500 hours sometimes just in searching. Then I GO TO BAT for them in negotiations. I work the deal for them, do a market analysis to see whether the list price is correct or not and help them decide what to offer. I write the contract make sure all inspections are done, stay with the process until closing is completed.
